Program Director. CHD is seeking an experienced clinical manager and administrator to serve as Program Director. The position provides clinical and administrative leadership, direction, and oversight to a large Community Based Flexible Support (CBFS) program serving adults referred by the Department of Mental Health in residential and supported housing settings. The Director also oversees a Psychiatric Day Treatment Program serving CBFS clients. The Director is responsible for hiring, training, budget development/monitoring, implementation of functions and maintaining effective relationships with funders. He/she ensures adherence to the program’s treatment philosophy. In addition, the Director is a liaison to the community and creates and maintains open, effectual lines of communication.
