- Define and illustrate the human service management process with special attention to feminist management, an innovative approach particularly suited to human service management.
- Outline the ways individuals can move into management positions.
- Illustrate the special issues and challenges faced by women managers, how women view power, and successful ways of dealing with these challenges.
