Employment Lawyers and Legal Resources

We’ve heard about a need from our members and we are trying to meet it!

As a special service to NASW members, we have developed the following list of attorneys and legal resources for members who have employment/labor related legal questions. The Chapter is committed to providing valuable assistance to its members whether the help be directly from the Chapter staff or through referrals to knowledgeable resources.

NASW is not promoting any of these resources. We are just sharing public information about their availability as a service to our members. If you decide to consult with one of these lawyers it is essential that you discuss fees so that you will be fully informed before you engage her/him. The lawyer usually provides a short free phone consultation to assess if he/she can be helpful. If the lawyer takes the case, you and he/she must negotiate the fees.
