Missing and Exploited: How Social Workers Can Help to Serve Children of Sexual Exploitation

This webinar will provide participants with the opportunity to learn about the risk factors and vulnerabilities that exist in exploited youth, the needs of exploitation victims and the resources available to assist them. The presenters will discuss how to establish a successful recovery plan and balance the needs of family members and those exploited. Having mental health providers ready to offer services and manage expectations, is another key factor in victims becoming survivors.
