About the Program:
This workshop is an opportunity to learn about this powerful, evidence- based approach to couple therapy that is based on attachment theory and a scientific understanding of adult love relationships. Developed by Sue Johnson, EdD, this short-term model has been proven to be highly effective in helping distressed couples repair and create lasting secure bonds.
Whether you work with couples or not, you will find the concepts taught in this workshop to be incredibly valuable in your work when it comes to relationship distress. It offers a whole new perspective on the negative emotions that get triggered when we get disconnected from the person we love.

About the Speaker:
Jill Fischer, LICSW, is a certified trainer of Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy and a certified EFT therapist and supervisor. She is the director of the New England Center for EFT and has a private practice in Lebanon, NH devoted exclusively to couples. She offers a variety of trainings for therapists as well as Hold Me Tight relationship enhancement workshops for couples.
