The following important change affecting MassHealth recipients enrolled in Fallon Managed Carebecame effective September 29: Fallon centralized its care to 16 sites, mostly in Central Massachusetts. This means that many Fallon providers not included in these 16 sites will not be able to continue to provide services to Fallon clients. Clients will have to commute to one of the Central Mass sites. What are clients’ options especially if they want to continue with their current providers? They can immediately call the Health Benefits Advisor at the MassHealth Customer Service Center at 1-800-841-2900 to choose a health plan that is most accessible to them.
