Your membership in NASW Massachusetts includes a powerful, progressive effort to elevate the social work profession and change laws that negatively impact the people with whom we work.
To bring our social work voice into the state’s policy agenda, NASW-MA:
- Advocates at the State House supporting bills;
- Works in coalition with like-minded issue groups to make change;
- Identifies and endorses candidates who promote social work values to help get them elected;
- Builds relationships with state agency staff to impact policy and practice.
