Join NASW-MA's Nursing Home Committee for its 36th Annual Conference: "Celebrating Nursing Home Social Workers" on Thursday, June 7, 2018. Keynote speaker is Mecedes Bern-Klug, Director of Aging and Longevity Studies, University of Iowa School of Social Work. Registration includes breakfast and lunch; parking is free.

Join NASW-MA's Nursing Home Committee for its 36th Annual Conference: "Celebrating Nursing Home Social Workers" on Thursday, June 7, 2018. Keynote speaker is Mercedes Bern-Klug, PhD, MSW, Director of Aging and Longevity Studies, University of Iowa School of Social Work. The conference will also feature a plenary session on advocacy lead by Ed Alessi, LICSW, an exhibitor fair, workshops, and an optional evening practice intensive entitled "The Conversation Project: Using the Conversation Starter Kit to Encourage Advance Care Planning" with Rev. Rosemary Lloyd. Registration includes breakfast and lunch; parking is free.

This program is $100 for members / $115 for non-members (6.0 CEUs)

The Post-Conference Intensive is $25 for members / $30 for non-members (1.5 CEUs)

IMPORTANT NOTICECONFERENCE REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT for participants whose registration fees are paid for by someone else.

 

If someone else, such as a corporate office or administrator, will be paying your conference registration fee, YOU MUST also send a copy of your registration form to NASW with a note advising us that the check will follow from__(name of agency)______.

 

YOU MUST also instruct your Corporate Office/Administrator to include your original completed registration form with the check when they mail it to NASW.

 

If this procedure is not followed, your name may not be on the registration list, and you may not be able to attend the program.
