Course Objectives:

  1. Participants will be able to list at least 3 reasons why it is difficult for doctors to hold conversations about end of life.
  2. Participants will be able to detail 3 aspects that should be included in a discussion about a person’s wishes in regards to end of life care.

  3.  Tactics that can be used to change the conversation about end of life care from one of fear to one of hope.

 

This program is approved for 2 CEUs.

 

Cost of Attendance:

$10 for NASW members / $20 for non-NASW members
