305 Fitness is a wild dance cardio workout that features dance moves, high-impact interval training, and sports drills for a fun, full-body workout. 305 Fitness is an inclusive, judgement-free workout experience. Taylor Cocco, a 305 Certified Instructor who teaches at the 305 Fitness Boston studio, at pop-ups north of Boston, and virtually, will lead us through a free 60-minute cardio dance party just for social workers in honor of Social Work Month.
