GBABSW and NASW-MA Present:
Clinicians of Color Can Private Practice: Tips to Get You Started

 

This series of 3 webinars will be a safe space for clinicians of color to learn the first steps to developing a private practice. Hear from clinicians who have successfully developed part-time and full-time practices. Topics will include defining your practice, payment options, effective and efficient documentation and more. 

 

We welcome BIPOC clinicians to join for any or all of the series. Sessions will recorded and posted for purchase for the general clinician population. 

 

Free attendance for members of GBABSW and NASW.

 

Attendance includes option to purchase the NASW-MA Private Practice Manual for discounted price for of $25.

 

Therapy Matcher membership will be available to members of NASW and GBABSW at new low fee of $95 through June 2022.

This workshop will provide participants with the knowledge necessary to open a clinical chart to begin psychotherapy. Participants will learn about required forms (eg. HIPAA, consent to treat, Authorization to Release Information) as well as those needed for various phases of treatment (assessment, SOAP notes, treatment plan, discharge).
