Participants will discuss the book, “Dare to Lead: Brave Work. Tough Conversations. Whole Hearts” by Brené Brown. Through the work of Brené Brown, participants will learn about daring leadership, the power of vulnerability, and the four skill sets that make up courage. Discussion facilitated by Jessica Lahens, LICSW.

Course Objectives:
1-Understand why vulnerability is fundamental to courage.
2-Understand the role of self-awareness in daring leadership.
3-Understand the four measurable skill sets that make up courage.
