Attendees shall have read the book in advance of this program. The program will consist of a facilitated group discussion of the book in order to meet the course objectives. Discussion facilitated by Kevin Terrill, LICSW.
Course Objectives:
1. Become oriented to current issues and trends to address domestic violence.
2. Identify social work roles to address grief, loss, and loneliness.
3. Discuss PTSD and supports available to veterans and their families.
