Outreach Clinician Facilitator - The Human Relations Service, IncThe Human Relations Service (HRS) seeks a licensed clinician for the position of Outreach Clinician Facilitator to provide onsite triage, referral service, consultation, group work, and educational programming at a local religious congregation. The Outreach Clinician Facilitator will work in partnership with congregation leaders and HRS to identify and meet the mental health needs of the religious community. *During the COVID-19 pandemic all of HRS’s operations are completely virtual. The Outreach Coordinator Facilitator role will begin virtually and with some summer hours, returning to in-person and a September-June schedule post-pandemic.* Outreach Clinician Facilitator is a half-time salaried 10-month position (September-June) with the option to add outpatient psychotherapy at HRS for a fee-for-service above base rate. Supervision and support provided weekly in the form of one hour of individual supervision, one hour of peer supervision, and clinical staff in-service trainings.
