Description: As resources shrink and demands on social workers grow, caring for ourselves can feel impossible. This 90-minute support group provides space to name how these challenges affect us and to experience group therapeutic care and peer support focused on sustaining our well-being. Trained GPS facilitators will guide participants in reflecting together, building resilience, and renewing the energy needed to continue the work. Learning Objectives: Recognize the signs of burnout and emotional exhaustion common among social workers. Practice GPS peer support tools for self-awareness, reflection, and renewal. Identify practical strategies to sustain well-being and professional resilience.
