Description: Social workers are often caught between their professional values and the realities of strained systems, leading to deep feelings of helplessness or betrayal. This session offers a supportive and confidential space to acknowledge moral injury, share lived experiences, and practice GPS group therapeutic care for reflection and renewal. Participants will leave with greater clarity, compassion, and connection to their purpose.

Learning Objectives:

  • Define moral injury within the social work context and its personal and professional effects.

  • Engage in reflective practices that foster self-compassion and healing from ethical strain.

  • Apply GPS Group Therapeutic Care principles to restore meaning, purpose, and connection.

Webinar Access & Attendance Policy:

This webinar will be hosted in a Zoom Meeting room. Attendees will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link and access details one day prior to the webinar. Please review our Virtual Programs and Conferences Participant Expectations to ensure a respectful and engaging learning environment.
