Keynote speakers Michael Norde, LICSW, & Mimi Mumm, MSW, Ph.D. will facilitate a three-hour interactive webinar, where school social workers will have the opportunity to learn how to identify and address the prejudices and injustices individuals experience in school settings.


LEARNING OBJECTIVES
By the end of this presentation, the participants will:
Learn how to recognize and assess microaggressions in their schools and school systems
Have the opportunity to process feelings and thoughts related to overt and systemic oppression
Learn the skills necessary to confront and address injustices
Learn how to develop a plan to make systemic changes in their school systems
