Description: Learn ways for you and your clients to create resilience in body and mind during these times. By shifting the rhythm of the breath, moving the body and practicing body awareness, you’ll learn how to support the vagus nerve, a large, important nerve that extends from the brain down through the entire body. Learn to access a parasympathetic state to meet life’s challenges with more resilience and calm.
Learning objectives: Teach background about somatic practices that help anxiety and regulative the nervous system Give participants an embodied experience of these practices Participants leave program with specific tools for themselves and their clients

Speaker bio: Felice Winograd supports individuals to find ways to move from stress and overwhelm to more calm in their lives. Working within the lenses of coaching, body support, and relaxing the nervous system, she is known for her non-judgmental and supportive way. Felice is a yoga and meditation teacher and somatic practitioner. A former New York City lawyer, she understands the intensity of life in these times.
