Every year, at the annual National Association of Social Workers Nursing Home Conference, we present the Nursing Home Social Worker of the Year Award. We rely upon nursing home administrators, supervisors, co-workers, and outside agency representatives who interface with nursing home social workers to identify candidates for this prestigious award.
